Our Home Base

Fresh Scents® is a product of The Willowbrook Company, LLC, headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina. What started as a small family business in the Carolinas has grown into a trusted household name loved by three generations of fans—but we've never left home. Our team still creates, fills, and ships our sachets from the same region where it all began over five decades ago.

How Our Sachets Are Made

Each Fresh Scents® sachet is filled with vermiculite—a natural mineral that absorbs and slowly releases our perfume-grade fragrance oils. The vermiculite is sourced from trusted suppliers, and our custom fragrances are developed by professional perfumers using essential oils and high-quality ingredients.

The decorative envelopes that house our sachets are produced by manufacturing partners, but the artwork is entirely ours. Every design is hand-painted by Leigh Brown, a local South Carolina artist and our in-house illustrator. Her original watercolor and acrylic paintings give each sachet its signature look—making them something you'll want to display, not hide away.
