What does that mean for MY order?
Once an order has left our facility an email with tracking information will be sent to you right away. You can then follow the link provided in that email to stay updated on the status of your order while in transit. Any and all updates to the package will be updated by the carrier on their site.

As of April 2021, our default shipping method is FedEx Ground Economy, which has a delivery time of up to 10 business days. We list this information with all of your shipping options during checkout. Please wait until the 10th business day to report any missing orders. Thank you.
