How Do I Return a Product Purchased From Another Retailer?

If you purchased Fresh Scents® from a retailer other than freshscents.com, please contact that retailer directly for returns or refunds. If you're unable to return to the original place of purchase, our customer service team may be able to help.

Purchased In-Store or From Another Website?

Fresh Scents® sachets are sold at retailers nationwide, including Walmart, Kirkland's, At Home, HomeGoods, Dollar General, Buc-ee's, Amazon, and many independent stores. We love that our products are so widely available—but it does mean we can't process returns for items purchased somewhere other than our own website.

If you need to return or exchange a product bought from one of these retailers, you'll need to follow that store's return policy. Most major retailers accept returns with a receipt within their standard return window.

What If I Can't Return It to the Retailer?

We understand that's not always possible. Maybe it was a gift and you don't know where it came from. Maybe the store is too far away or no longer accepts the return.
