Why Can't I Find My Favorite Scent?

If you can't find a fragrance on our site, there are a few possible reasons: it may have been discontinued, it could be a seasonal scent that's no longer available, or it might only be carried by certain retailers. We discontinue fragrances twice a year—in May and December—and holiday scents are only available from June 15th through December 15th.
We're Always Evolving
At Fresh Scents®, we're constantly developing new fragrances to keep things fresh (pun intended). To make space for new scents, we retire others twice a year. It's always bittersweet to say goodbye to fan favorites, but it's also what allows us to keep bringing you something new to love.
If you've been searching for a specific fragrance and can't find it on our website, chances are it's been discontinued.
Not All Scents Are Available Everywhere
Here's something that surprises a lot of customers: the fragrances we offer on freshscents.com aren't always the same as what you'll find at our retail partners like Walmart, Kirkland's, At Home, Buc-ee's, and others.
While there's plenty of overlap, each retailer carries their own assortment. Occasionally, a retailer may stock a fragrance or design from our catalog that we don't currently offer on our website—or vice versa. So if you spotted something in-store and can't find it online, that may be why.
If you're trying to track down a specific scent and aren't sure where to find it, reach out to our customer service team. We're happy to help you identify where a fragrance is sold or suggest a similar option from our current lineup.
About Seasonal & Holiday Scents
Our holiday fragrances—think cozy, festive, and everything that smells like the season—are only available from June 15th through December 15th. Once the holiday window closes, these scents go back in the vault until the following year.
We know it's hard when you fall in love with a holiday scent and want to stock up in February. Unfortunately, once the season ends, those products are no longer available for purchase.
Discontinued & Final Sale Policy
Any products marked as "Discontinued" or "Final Sale" are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchanges. These items are deeply discounted to help them find a good home before they're gone for good.
Holiday Product Returns
Returns or refund requests on holiday products must be made within 30 days of shipping or by January 15th—whichever comes first. After that date, holiday purchases are considered final.
