Why Doesn't My Sachet Smell Anymore?
Quick Answer
Try giving it a shake. If that doesn't help, check the manufacture date on the back of your sachet—it may be time for a replacement. If you believe there's a quality issue, our customer service team is here to help.
Give It a Shake
Over time, the fragrance oils inside your sachet can settle. A quick shake redistributes the oils and gives the scent an instant boost. It's the easiest trick for reviving a sachet that seems like it's fading.
Check the Date
Fresh Scents® sachets are freshest within six months of the manufacture date for our Signature Collection™ (three months for Small Places Collection™). You'll find the date printed on the back of your sachet envelope.
If it's been a while, the fragrance may have naturally run its course—and it might be time to treat yourself to a fresh one. Shop Signature Collection™ | Shop Small Places Collection™
Consider the Placement
Sachets work best in enclosed spaces where fragrance can build up. If your sachet is in a large, open, or high-traffic area, the scent may be dispersing faster than you can notice it. Try moving it to a more contained spot like a drawer, closet, or bag.
